6400 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 6400 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before continuing to use the platform.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 6400 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This acceptance is legally binding and takes full effect as soon as you begin using the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the 6400 platform and close your account if you have already registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 6400 platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To register and use the 6400 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify the 6400 support team immediately. The 6400 platform will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 6400 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment details — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you find that a duplicate account has been created unintentionally, please contact customer support immediately to resolve the matter.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 6400 platform are required to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or that could compromise the system or other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6400 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or interfere with the platform's security systems in any way.
- Transferring funds between accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions or manipulate the payment system.
- Using false information, forged documents, or another person's identity during registration or the verification process.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reporting to the relevant authorities, and legal action where necessary.
Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the 6400 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring platform review and approval. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the current policy displayed in your account. The 6400 platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents or proof of funds before approving any withdrawal, in order to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by the 6400 platform are subject to rollover requirements and time limits specified at the point of bonus activation. Failure to meet the rollover requirements within the stipulated period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus credit and any associated winnings. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly without first satisfying the applicable rollover requirements.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 6400 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 6400 makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from technical errors, or fully secure against all threats. Under no circumstances shall 6400's maximum liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content, designs, logos, software, databases, and other materials on the 6400 platform are the exclusive property of 6400 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 6400.
Any third-party links found on the 6400 platform are provided solely for informational convenience. The 6400 platform has no control over the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, or privacy policies. Visiting any third-party site is entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
The 6400 platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account has been used to violate these terms, carry out fraudulent activity, or engage in any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons without any breach on the user's part, any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation in accordance with established procedures.
6400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 6400 platform shall first be addressed through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
